This workout is called DECK OF CARDS.
Get a deck of cards, take out the Jokers and shuffle them. Make all the clubs push ups, spades sit ups, diamonds squats and hearts mountain climbers. The # on the card is how many you do of each and J’s are 11, Q’s are 12, K’s are 13 and A’s are 15. Rest as little as possible but do what you can.
