THE BEST BLACK BEAN BURGER & BAKED SWEET POTATOE FRIES YOU WILL EVER HAVE!!!

This post is for a Black Bean Burger with Baked Sweet Potatoe Fries.  I found this reciepe in the most viewed food website in the world.  The Black Bean Burger is a great alternative to a hamburger and the Baked Sweet Potatoee Fries are a great substitute for fried fries.  It will only take about 25 minutes to make this delicious Black Bean Burger and the Baked Sweet Potatoe Fries take about the same amount of time in the oven at 350 degress.

yield: Makes 4  servings

active time:                            10 min

total time:                            15 min

There are lots of meatless burgers  in the  world, but this  Black Bean Burger and Baked Sweet Potatoe Fries—earthy and satisfying without being stodgy—has  Latino flair  and is pantry-friendly to boot.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  •  2 (14-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained, divided
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 soft hamburger buns
  • Accompaniments:  avacado; sour cream; salsa; lettuce; tomato

 

PREPERATION:

Pulse 1 can beans in a food processor with mayonnaise, bread  crumbs, cumin, oregano, and cayenne until a coarse purée forms. Transfer to a  bowl and stir in cilantro and remaining can beans. Form mixture into 4 patties.

Heat oil in a 12-inch  heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Cook burgers until  outsides are crisp and lightly browned, turning once, about 5 minutes total.  Serve on buns.

8 MINUTE FAT BURNING AT HOME WORKOUT!!!

I have for you a great quick, easy and fast fat burning workout to get fit at home in about 8 minutes.  This quick workout will be burning fat right off of you with a good breakfast routine to go with it, eggs with veggies (salsa) make a great fat burning combo.

Here is my great fat burning workout.  First we will start with the instructions.  You can start with doing all the movements for 30 seconds, 45 seconds or 1 minute it’s up to you and your fitness level.  What you need to do is alternate these movements with you selected time frame and MOST IMPORTANT, YOU NEED TO TIME THEM EXACTLEY.  Don’t worry about how many you can do just focus on doing it for the entire time.  After your time rest for 15 seconds and do the next movement.  Here are some movements that I would recommend or you can come up with your own.

  • SPRINTING IN PLACE- toes must come off the ground
  • SQUATS
  • STAR JUMPS
  • PUSH-UPS
  • BICYCLE- for abs
  • LEG RAISES
  • JUMPING JACKS
  • FLOOR SPRINS
  • LOW PLANK
